1 chicken fillet

85 g wholemeal pasta*

30 g mixed bell peppers

1 tsp green pesto

1 pinch salt

1 pinch black pepper

1 tsp olive oil

0.5 onion


1. Cook the pasta as instructed on the pack.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan – fry onion for 2 mins.
3. Add the chopped chicken and fry for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Add the chopped pepper, pasta and pesto sauce to the chicken.
6. Stir well. Cook for a further 5 minutes.

Pre-cook the night before for on the go lunch
