Chicken Stir-Fry with Noodles

1 chicken fillet

0.5 green bell pepper

0.5 yellow bell pepper

4 mushrooms

0.5 onion

1 tbsp olive oil

1 pinch black pepper

1 carrot

8 string beans

1 tbsp soy sauce*

1 nest egg noodles


1. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
2. Chop the chicken into pieces and add to the pan, cook thoroughly.
3. Add the chopped mixed vegetables and stir well.
4. Add the beans and cook for a further 3–5 minutes.
5. Add the soy sauce and mix thoroughly.
6. Cook noodles as per package instruction.
7. Serve stir-fry with noodles.
