Chilli Beef with Rice & Glass of Milk

500 g beef lean mince

1 beef stock cube* use organic

240 ml water

400 g blackeye beans

400 g can chopped tomatoes

2 garlic cloves

0.5 onion

2 tsp paprika

1 tbsp olive oil

1 red bell pepper

0.5 tsp ground cumin

0.5 bunch fresh coriander

500 ml full fat milk (we recommend Avonmore protein milk)


1. Chop onions & peppers and crush the garlic.
2. In a large pot add 1 tbsp. of rapeseed oil over a medium to high heat.
3. Add onion to pot, cook until soft. Add the crushed garlic, paprika, chilli powder and cumin to the pot and cook for a further few minutes while stirring.
4. Add in the minced beef and cook until it turns brown.
5. Add in the red pepper, beans drained, tomato, beef stock 240 ml water) and stir bringing to a gentle simmer for 10 -15 minutes.
6. Cook rice as per package instructions.
7. Enjoy with a glass of milk

Pre-cook the night before for on the go lunch
