1 chicken fillet

2 bacon rashers

1 handful lettuce

5 cherry tomatoes

6 slices cucumber

1 scallions

30 g mixed nuts

1 slices soda bread*

1 tsp butter*


1. Bake chicken in oven for about 20 mins ensure it is cooked through
2. Cook rashers under the grill to your liking.
3. Prepare salad in a bowl.
4. Cut cooked rashers and chicken into pieces and mix along with nuts into bowl of salad.

5. Serve with brown bread.
