2 slices turkey deli style

2 bacon rashers

1 handful lettuce

5 cherry tomatoes

6 slices cucumber

1 scallions

30 g mixed nuts

1 slices soda bread*

1 tsp butter*


1. Cook rashers under the grill to your liking.
2. Boil egg for 8-10 mins – allow to cool. Peel and cut into pieces.
3. Prepare salad in a bowl.
4. Mix egg with salad.
5. Cut cooked rashers and turkey into pieces and mix along with nuts into bowl of salad.
6. Serve with brown soda bread

Bring in a container for on the go lunch
