Ingredients

30 g whey protein

118 ml coconut milk

15 ml orange juice

0.5 banana

Directions

1. Mix the protein powder with the coconut milk, orange juice and banana.
2. Add a few ice cubes.
3. Mix everything together in a blender.

Note:
Low in fat and high in protein, will keep you fuller for longer
