Ingredients

2 dark chocolate rice cake

5 strawberries

8 white seedless grapes

8 red seedless grapes

1 mandarins

1 banana

Directions

For the fruit salad:
1. Wash and drain the strawberries and grapes.
2. Pull the stalks from the strawberries and grapes and half each one with a knife.
3. Peel the mandarins and separate.
4. Peel and slice the banana.
5. Place all the fruit in a bowl and mix together.
6. Serve a dark chocolate rice cake with black tea or coffee.
