Eggs, Avocado on Toast and Glass of Milk

Ingredients
2 whole egg
2 slices wholemeal bread*
2 tsp butter*
0.5 avocado
0.5 tbsp dijon mustard
0.5 tbsp parmesan cheese grated
500 ml full fat milk (we recommend Avonmore protein milk)
Directions
1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and add the eggs. Allow the egg whites to cook until mostly firm before breaking the yolks. Continue cooking until eggs are completely cooked and no longer runny, 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Toast the bread and spread one side of toasted bread slice with Dijon mustard. Mash or slice avocado sand place onto the mustard.
3. Top avocado with cooked eggs.
4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over eggs and top with another slice of bread.
5. Enjoy your meal with a glass of milk.
