Put any veg you have in the fridge for a salad to fill your wrap

Ingredients
3 Falafels
1 red pepper hummus
1 wholemeal wrap*
10 g heinz garlic sauce optional
1 spring onions
4 Baby plum tomatoes
80 g Broccoli
handful rocket
30 g grated carrot
Directions
1. Cook falafel or reheat from defrosted
2. Cut broccoli up and steam for 5 mins
3. Chop tomatoes and spring onion and grate carrot
4. Spread hummus on wrap and top with salad & Falafels
5. Fold in corners of wrap and flip
Serve and Enjoy.
