Ingredients

2 slices white sourdough bread

60 g avocado

45 g Hallumi

4 Baby plum tomatoes

1 spring onions

handful rocket

Directions

1.Cut bread if not pre sliced
2.Mash avocado, chop up spring onion & tomatoes
3. Slice hallumi & put on medium heat preheated pan, dry
4. Fry on each side for 4-5 mins, give hallumi a min for water to come out n pan before moving it to prevent sticking
5.Stick it all in your sandwich however you like, toasting bread is optional
