Oats & Yogurt Bread (2 slices)

Ingredients
9 tbsp greek style 0% natural yogurt*
1 whole egg
300 g oats*
2 tsp bread soda
30 g mixed seeds
0.5 tsp salt
Directions
1. Place the yogurt, beaten egg in a bowl and mix well.
2. Mix the oats, bread soda, seeds and salt in a separate bowl, add to the yogurt mixture and stir thoroughly.
3. Place in a greased or parchment-lined 2lb loaf tin, sprinkle with oats and bake at 180°C (fan 160°C/gas mark 4) for 30 minutes.
4. Lower the temperature to 150°C (fan 130°C/gas mark 2) and cook for a further 30 minutes.
Note:
Make a loaf and freeze in slices.
Greek yogurt is low in lactose so can be a suitable option for lactose intolerance
