Ingredients

3 3 Goujons Plant based

80 g Tenderstem broccoli

120 g carrot

80 g parsnip

1 tbsp rapeseed oil

1 tbsp olive oil

1 corn on the cob

0.5 pack Mexican Style Rice

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees fan/180 non fan
2. Cook goujons according to packet instructions
3.Chop up carrots and parsnip into thick sticks
4. Cover them in oil on baking tray & bake for 20 mins, turning once
5. Cook corn on the cob according to packet instructions
6. Steam broccoli for 4-5 mins
7. Cook rice according to packet instructions
8. Serve all together
