You can freeze half of it for the next week


2 can chickpeas keep half of chickpea juice

4 garlic cloves

200 g roasted red pepper

3 tbsp light tahini

2 tbsp rapeseed oil

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp chipotle powder

2 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp fresh rosemary

1 tsp dried rosemary


1.Rinse & drain chickpeas over bowl and keep half the juice
2.Put chickpeas in colander & rinse
3.Add all ingredients, including half of the
chickpea juice saved, into food processor and blend
4. If you want a smoother consistency add more chickpea juice
