Ingredients
500 g beef lean mince
1 onion
1 carrot
1 garlic cloves
400 g can chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato purée
1 tsp dried oregano
200 g wholemeal spaghetti*
1 tbsp parmesan cheese grated
Directions
- Chop onions, carrots, and crush the garlic.
- Heat a wok and fry off the beef & onion & garlic into the pan
- Add to the slow cooker along with the other ingredients and cook on high for 4 hours. with the temperature still on – Leave the lid off to reduce and thicken the sauce at the end of the fours hours
- While the sauce is thickening cook the spaghetti as per package instructions
- Use parmesan cheese to coat over (optional).
