Ingredients
1 Multiseed Fitzgerald's bagel
3 dennys meat free sausages
50 g spinach
5 g coconut oil
1 garlic cloves
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
100 g baked beans
20 g violife cream cheese
Directions
1. Cook sausages according to packet instructions
2. Remove stalks from spinach & rinse
3. Melt coconut oil in saucepan over medium heat & add crushed garlic clove
4. Add spinach and cover for 4-5 mins
5. Heat beans in microwave & add nutritional yeast when heated through
6. Toast bagel and spread cream cheese
7. Cut 2 sausages up and put them in the bagel
8. Serve with spinach, beans and leftover sausage
