Ingredients

1 Fitzgeralds sourdough roll

60 g avocado

1 Quorn roast chicken fillet slices

4 Baby plum tomatoes

1 spring onions

1 handful rocket

10 g taco sauce

1 packet lentil curls

Directions

1. Bake roll according to packet instructions
2. Cut up spring onion finely and chop baby plum tomatoes in halves
3. Spread Taco sauce on roll, add spring onion & tomatoes along with chicken and rocket
