Ingredients
1 seeded bagel
40 g quorn pepperoni slices
20 g protein cheese
8 Baby plum tomatoes
0.25 tsp hemp oil
15 g violife cream cheese
15 g jalapeno chutney
scallion chopped
handful rocket
Directions
1. Roast tomatoes in oil on baking tray in preheated oven 180 degrees for 10 mins
2. Put Bagel in toaster, Grate cheese
3.Spread a but of chutney and cream cheese on each bagel slice
4.Add chopped scallion and put grated cheese & pepperoni on top, under the grill for a few mins until cheese is melted
5.Pop tomatoes on top and rocket on the side
