We are Finalists

We reached the finals  in the Irish Fitness Industry Awards 

The Finals took place on the June 22nd in the Crowne Plaza Hotel Dublin Airport.  We are nominated for Best in Fitness Fuel.

 

 

 

Going for Growth/Starting Strong

The 11th June saw the last day of our 6-month programme- so grateful to have been given the opportunity to be part of Going for Growth / Starting Strong round tables 2019. I have met some amazing women who have fantastic businesses. The support and advice I received really was invaluable to our business and the realisation that we are all going to through the same struggles. Onwards & Upwards.  June 2019
