Porridge Oat Scones
Make in batches and freeze for on the go snacks. This recipe makes about 8 scones and nutritional value is per serving.
½ tsp bread soda
250g Greek-style 0% fat natural yoghurt**
250g porridge oats*
Use gluten-free if required*
Use lactose-free if required**
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan 160°C/gas mark 4).
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Scoop out with a potato scoop onto an oven tray.
4. Cook for 15 to 20 mins or until golden brown.
