Simple Strawberry Smoothie
160g of frozen/fresh strawberries
1½ tbsp. 0% fat greek yogurt*
90ml of semi-skimmed milk*
Use lactose free if required *
1. Make sure all the ingredients are chilled before use.
2. Blend fruit, yogurt, milk and juice together using a hand held blender or a smoothie maker until creamy.
3. Add ice cubes and blend again.
