Wholemeal Pasta & Chorizo

Chorizo pasta

This easy to prepare dinner wholemeal pasta & chorizo dinner is great when you are under time pressure. The chorizo adds a lovely flavour and spice.


  • 160 g chorizo
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • 400 g can chopped tomatoes
  • 200 g wholemeal pasta*


  1. Heat the oil in a wok and add the chorizo for 5 mins.
  2. Add the finely sliced garlic.
  3. Stir in the tin of tomatoes.
  4. Cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
  5. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  6. Add the pasta into the sauce in the pan and combine well to serve.
  7. Top with the grated cheese (if required)


Make extra and bring for lunch the following day.
