Ingredients

200 ml full fat milk (we recommend Avonmore protein milk)

15 g whey protein any flavor

1 banana

Directions

1. Pour 200mls milk and 15g whey protein into a shaker and shake hard until mixed through.
2. Enjoy a banana on the side.
