Greek yogurt is low in lactose so can be a good choice for lactose intolerance. **


1 whole egg

250 g oats*

0.5 tsp bread soda

6 tbsp greek style 0% natural yogurt*

2 tbsp peanut butter


1. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan 160°C/gas mark 4).
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Scoop out with a potato scoop onto an oven tray.
4. Cook for 15 to 20 mins or until golden brown.
5. Spread the peanut butter over the scones.


Nutritional value for 2 scones.

Make in batches and freeze for on the go snacks.
