Antioxidant Berry Shake with 2 Rice Cakes
117 ml coconut milk
60 ml water
0.5 medium banana
65 g frozen raspberries
78 g frozen blueberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 plain rice cake
1. Combine ingredients and blend until smooth.
2. Add more water if necessary to reach desired consistency.
3. Serve immediately with 2 rice cakes.
