Ingredients

117 ml almond milk

1 handful spinach

0.5 avocado

0.5 medium banana

0.5 tbsp honey

1 pinch ground ginger

5 ice cubes

Directions

1. Peel and pit the avocado.
2. Peel and core and quarter the apple.
3. Cut the banana into chunks.
4. Put all ingredients into a blender & blend until smooth.
5. Add more honey or mayple syrup if desired at the end.
