Ingredients

0.5 avocado

3 tbsp greek style 0% natural yogurt*

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp coconut oil

35 g mixed berries

0.25 tsp ground cinnamon

30 g mixed nuts

Directions

1. Blitz all ingredients in a blender.
2. Serve with handful of nuts.
