Bacon Rashers, Eggs & Brown Soda Bread with Baked Beans
Use gluten free if required*
2 bacon rashers
2 whole egg
1 slices soda bread*
80 g reduced sugar baked beans tin
1. Grill rashers on each side for 5 to 7 mins in total.
2. Boil or poach the eggs to your liking.
3. Serve with brown soda bread.
4. Serve with baked beans.
