Ingredients

0.5 wholemeal bagel*

1 whole egg

1 tbsp sweetcorn

0.25 avocado

1 sprinkle paprika

1 handful mixed leaves

4 cherry tomatoes

1 slices onion

4 slices cucumber

Directions

1. Boil/fry/poach egg
2. Mix the chopped avocado, sweetcorn and paprika in a bowl.
3. Toast the bagel.
4. Place the lettuce leaves, chopped tomatoes, onions and avocado mix on top of the bagel.
