Baked Potato with Chicken Fillet
Use allergy free-range if required*
1 medium potato
1 chicken fillet
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp butter*
1. Preheat oven 180°C (fan 160°C/gas mark 4). . Pierce the of potato skin with a fork. Rub the skin with olive oil, then with salt.
2. Place the potato in the preheated oven, and bake for approx 45 minutes, or until slightly soft and golden brown.
3. At around 20 mins of cooking time add the chicken to the oven and bake for 25mins.
4. Slice the potato down the centre and serve with butter.
