70 g quinoa
250 ml almond milk
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2.5 tbsp greek style 0% natural yogurt*
60 g whey protein any flavour
1. On a non-stick pan, add quinoa, almond milk, spices and the grated apple on a medium heat.
2. Cook for about 15 mins and allow to simmer until the quinoa has fully expanded. (Add a little water if it looks dry).
3. Put into a bowl and top with greek yogurt and walnuts.
4. Make protein shake with water.
