4 chicken fillet

80 g edam cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

2 onion

2 garlic cloves

400 g can chopped tomatoes

1 vegetable stock cube* kallo organic

1.5 tsp dried oregano


  1. Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil
  2. Add the tin of tomatoes
  3. Place chicken breast’s in an ovenproof dish
  4. Pour sauce over the chicken
  5. Bake in the oven for approx 20 to 25 mins
  6. Last 10 mins sprinkle on grated cheese and return to oven
