2 tbsp water
2 whole egg
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry diced onion until its cooked.
2. Beat the eggs and add the water/milk, salt and pepper and pour mixture over the onions in the pan.
3. Spread the mixture around the pan and cook until the eggs are set and come away from the edge of the pan.
4. Cook on the other side and then fold over the omelette if desired.
