Homemade Muesli with 125g Yogurt
Use gluten-free if required*
300 g oats*
300 g mixed dried fruit
200 g mixed nuts
100 g mixed seeds
3 tbsp greek style 0% natural yogurt*
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan 160°C/gas mark 4). Put the oats and nuts on a baking tray with a pinch of salt and bake for 15 minutes.
2. Roughly chop the dried fruit and mix with the seeds and cooked oats and nuts.
3. Store in an airtight container.
4. Serve with yogurt.
