2 medium soda bread*

1 tsp butter*

1 banana

500 ml full fat milk (we recommend Avonmore protein milk)

Directions

1. Butter soda bread.
2. Mash banana over the 2 slices of bread and spread evenly.
3. Serve with glass of milk.
