Ingredients

400 ml full fat milk (we recommend Avonmore protein milk)

30 g whey protein any flavour

1.5 tbsp peanut butter

Directions

1. Pour 400mls milk and 30g whey protein into a shaker and shake hard until mixed through.
2. Weigh out 25g peanut butter and enjoy.
