Ingredients

1 apple

1 avocado

0.5 lime juice

1 tbsp honey

100 ml full fat milk (we recommend Avonmore protein milk)

5 ice cubes

20 g whey protein any flavour

30 g mixed nuts

Directions

1. Peel, core and roughly chop the apple
2. Slice the avocado, remove the skin and roughly chop
3. Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.
4. Serve with handful of nuts.
