Ingredients
100 g oats*
2 apple
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
500 ml semi-skimmed milk*
2 tbsp linseed
10 tbsp greek style 0% natural yogurt*
0.5 tbsp honey
Directions
1. Peel and grate the apple.
2. In a medium saucepan, mix the oats, apples, cinnamon and milk. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally, then turn down the heat and cook for 4-5 mins, stirring constantly.
3. Stir in the ground linseeds. Top off with a dollop of yogurt, a drizzle of honey, and a sprinkle of some more cinnamon.
