Ingredients

2 whole egg

0.5 tbsp extra light mayonnaise*

0.5 avocado

1 pinch salt

Directions

1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes and leave to cool. Halve eggs and separate yolks into a dish.
2. Use a hand mixer or blender to combine yolks, avocado, mayonnaise, and seasonings.
3. Fill egg whites with mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
