Ingredients
1 avocado
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
Directions
1. Slice a ripe avocado in half and remove the pit, without peeling it.
2. Drizzle both halves with honey, and a dusting of sunflower seeds and cinnamon.
