Ingredients

0.5 avocado

0.5 tbsp honey

0.5 tsp ground cinnamon

0.5 tbsp sunflower seeds

Directions

1. Slice a ripe avocado in half and remove the pit, without peeling it.
2. Drizzle both halves with honey, and a dusting of sunflower seeds and cinnamon.
