Ingredients

0.5 wholemeal bagel*

30 g smoked salmon

0.5 avocado

1 handful mixed leaves

8 cherry tomatoes

5 slices cucumber

0.5 red bell pepper

0.5 red onion

Directions

1. Toast the bagel.
2. Mash the avocado and spread on top of a bagel.
3. Finish with slices of smoked salmon.
4. Serve with a side salad (Mixed salad leaves, chopped tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, and onion)
