1 medium banana

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp tahini

30 g mixed nuts & seeds

Directions

1. Slice your banana lengthwise.
2. Mix peanut butter with tahini and honey.
3. Layer it all up with the nuts and seeds.
