Ingredients

1 small tin reduced sugar baked beans

2 slices wholemeal bread*

2 tsp butter*

500 ml full fat milk (we recommend Avonmore protein milk)

Directions

1. Heat the beans for 2 mins in the microwave.
2. Toast the bread and butter each slice.
3. Serve with a glass of milk.
