Ingredients

40 g oats*

250 ml almond milk

1 medium banana

8 pecan nuts

Directions

1. In a pan add the almond milk and porridge oats.
2. Bring the mixture to boil then reduce to a simmer. Keep stirring for around 3 minutes until the mixture thickens.
3. Once porridge is cooked serve with chopped banana and nuts on top.
