1 orange

1 banana

1 kiwi

3 tbsp greek style 0% natural yogurt*

0.5 tbsp honey

Directions

1. Layer the slices of orange, banana and kiwi in a tall glass.
2. Pour the yogurt over the fruit.
3. Drizzle with honey.

Note:
Greek yogurt is low in lactose so can be a suitable option for lactose intolerance
