Ingredients

37 g pitted dates

1.5 banana

9 g kale

10 g spinach

10 blueberries

0.5 tbsp olive oil

125 ml full fat milk (we recommend Avonmore protein milk)

30 g whey protein

Directions

1. Pit all the dates.
2. Blitz all ingredients in blender until smooth.
