Ingredients

1 wholemeal bagel*

1 whole egg

65 g turkey breast

1 slices cheese

1 tsp olive oil

80 g oats*

water

1 tbsp peanut butter

Directions

1. Fry the egg, to your liking, using a calorie-free pan spray or tsp olive oil
2. Make a breakfast sandwich by adding the egg, turkey breast, and cheese to your wholemeal bagel.
3. Cook your oatmeal with water as per pack instructions.
4. Mix the peanut butter into the hot bowl of oatmeal.
