Ingredients

2 wholewheat pitta bread*

1 avocado

100 g roasted sliced chicken

2 whole egg

24 g mixed leaves

20 g spinach

Directions

1. Boil eggs for 10 mins and allow to cool, peel and slice.
2. Open pitta bread and place smashed avocado and all other ingredients over the 2 slices.
