Ingredients
1 wholemeal bap*
1 tomatoes
0.5 onion
50 g grated low-fat cheese
2 mushrooms
0.5 mixed bell peppers
Directions
1. Lightly brown the bap under the grill until softened and warm, then cut in half.
2. Cook 2 slices of onion in a little oil and add the sliced mushrooms and diced pepper.
3. Slice tomato thinly and arrange on the two sides of the bap and pop the onions and mushrooms on top.
4. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
5. Bake in a pre‑heated oven 180°C (fan 160°C/gas mark 4) or grill until golden brown for a few minutes.
