Ingredients

1 whole egg

1 tbsp vinegar

250 ml water

pinch salt

pinch black pepper

Directions

1. Put the water into a saucepan, add the vinegar and bring to the boil.
2. Gently break the eggs into the boiling water.
3. Simmer gently for 2 to 3 minutes until eggs are set.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
